Wood frames

Owner Del Ludlum served in the Navy Seabees in Vietnam. Once home Del graduated from Kansas State College Of Pittsburg in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. After working for other cabinet shops for years, Del decided to start his own shop to build cabinets he would want to put in his own home. Anything Wood, Inc. was started on August 18, 1981 in rural Broken Arrow, OK and has been in the same location offering quality, custom designs for nearly three decades. Since then our family owned business has become one of the leading sources for high-end custom cabinetry and custom furniture in the Tulsa metropolitan area. We are a member of the Cabinet Maker's Association. Del is a member of the Tulsa Vette Set, one of the largest Corvette Clubs in America.

Anything Wood, Inc. has built products for many well known places in Tulsa, such as Philbrook Museum, Gilcrease Museum, and the Sherwin Miller Museum of Jewish Arts. We have built signs for Walt Disney World, and have built and shipped cabinets to Denver and Seattle. We have built everything from an Ipod mount to all the cabinetry for new homes. Each piece of furniture and set of cabinets is built to order. We are proud of the products we build and it shows in the craftsmanship of each piece. Our cabinets are built with 3/4 or 5/8 thick material of your choice. We can work with any wood, Anything Wood Inc. is able to procure most domestic wood species and many imported species. FSC certified "green wood" can be obtained upon request. Pick from a large variety of veneered plywoods, fiberboards or easy clean melamine or laminates for the interior of your cabinetry. Solid wood or laminate countertops can be made to your specifications. We offer the option of face frame or full access(frameless) cabinetry. The difference in face frame and full access(frameless) is face frame cabinetry is more traditional, it has a 3/4 thick frame attached to the front of each cabinet. The doors are then attached to the frame of the cabinet, and leave part of the faceframe visible. In full access or frameless, the face frame is replaced by edgebanding, a wood veneer tape that is applied to the exposed edges of each cabinet with an automatic edgebander. The doors and drawer fronts in full access(frameless) have an 1/8 inch reveal around them. Full access cabinetry allows you to have more space inside each cabinet, because there is no face frame to work around. Several examples of each style are shown in our picture gallery or we have both styles in our shop. We will present you with a detailed, to-scale set of drawings which include floor plans, elavations, and perspective views of the project, ensuring that our plans fit your desires. Quotes are based on the complexity of the design, difficulty of construction and the materials chosen. Inquire for the current lead times. Call today for a free estimate or consultation.
